The "Beans"

People always ask my husband and I if we have children...We always stammer

and say "well, kind of". They may not be human but we do have our two

beloved cats...the "beans".

That's why having someone like Karen and her team look after them when we

travel turns our normal vacation into a Stress Free Event!

We especially like the text messages daily, giving us updates on their well

being.

Before "Karen for your pets and home" started caring for our birds, we had to bring them to a pet store for boarding and never knew if they had any human contact. They are both hand tamed and require regular attention. We were pleased to know that Karen also owns birds and is familiar with this breed. When we return from our vacation we always arrive to two very content birds.

Karen has looked after my cats for many years. I go away quite frequently and she is always willing to come by my house and sit with the cats. They are indoor cats, so they get quite bored. She will come in and sit with them and if she has time she even stays longer then I've booked her for. She talks to them, and of course makes sure that they have clean water and food every day. She will also clean the litter box if I am away for more that a few days. She will even water the plants. It makes my going away a lot easier knowing that I have someone coming by the house every day to check on things. You can tell she is an animal lover as she has birds of her own and always has stories to tell about them. She treats them like they are her children. I would definitely recommend Karen to look after anyone's pets.
